For North Texas Community Foundation, I led creative direction for a comprehensive brand and website evolution designed to support long-term growth for one of the region’s most influential philanthropic organizations.

With a diverse audience that includes donors, professional advisors, nonprofit partners, and the broader community, the work required clarity, credibility, and flexibility to balance warmth and humanity with the professionalism expected of a high-trust financial and philanthropic institution.

A desktop computer and a smartphone display the website of the North Texas Community Foundation, featuring a blue background with text about creating a better future for North Texas communities and an image of a woman and a young girl playing outside.

The project began with a foundational brand exploration to clarify NTCF’s positioning, voice, and role within the community. Working closely with leadership and stakeholders, we helped define a brand platform grounded in trust, stewardship, and service, creating a shared language that could support donors, advisors, and partners alike.

This foundation informed a refreshed visual identity system and a redesigned website built to simplify navigation, reduce complexity, and empower the internal team. The digital experience was intentionally streamlined, prioritizing clarity, usability, and content flexibility so NTCF could manage and evolve the platform internally over time without losing cohesion.

The new brand and website strengthened NTCF’s ability to communicate its mission and services clearly, supporting meaningful growth in engagement and contributions following launch.

Since the rollout of the updated platform and communications strategy, NTCF has seen contributions increase by more than 70%, a significant rise in professional advisor referrals, and continued growth across its donor base—stewarding hundreds of millions of dollars in charitable assets and distributing over $40 million annually in grants.
